3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication & database), PayPal (payment processing), Cloudflare (hosting & CDN), and Google/GitHub (OAuth login). Each service has its own privacy policy.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser local storage for session management and language preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be set by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security purposes.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with: payment processors to complete transactions; law enforcement when legally required; and service providers who assist in operating the platform (under strict confidentiality agreements).
7. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate information; request deletion of your account and data; export your data; and withdraw consent for optional data processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
